Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Guest Service Associate (GSA) based in Mussoorie, Dehradun. The GSA will perform daily housekeeping tasks such as cleaning guest rooms, maintaining public areas, and ensuring the hotel meets high cleanliness and hygiene standards. Additional responsibilities include managing laundry services, assisting guests with requests, and providing excellent customer service. The role may also involve supporting new staff with basic training to uphold the property's service quality standards.
