Housekeeping / Facility Supervisor (Construction Site)

As a House Keeping Supervisor, your role involves training housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks, overseeing staff on a daily basis, and checking rooms and common areas for cleanliness. You will be responsible for scheduling shifts, arranging replacements for absent staff, and establishing cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards. Your duties will also include motivating team members, resolving job-related issues, responding to customer complaints and special requests, and monitoring and replenishing cleaning products stock. Additionally, you will participate in large cleaning projects as required and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas. Key Responsibilities: - Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks - Oversee staff on a daily basis - Check rooms and common areas for cleanliness - Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence - Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards - Motivate team members and resolve any job-related issues - Respond to customer complaints and special requests - Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock - Participate in large cleaning projects as required - Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies Qualifications Required: - Work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role - Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations - Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, the job offers health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund benefits.
