Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Associate based in Mumbai. The Front Office Associate will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, managing the check-in and check-out processes, answering phone inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires supporting the smooth operation of the front desk and ensuring a positive guest experience through efficient communication and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Check-in procedures
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and provide personalized assistance
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Previous hospitality or front office experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certifications will be advantageous
