Housekeeping Attendant

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, balconies, and assigned resort areas according to established standards.
• Change bed linens, replenish towels, restock amenities, and ensure all rooms are well-presented.
• Perform daily cleaning of public areas such as lobbies, corridors, restaurants, poolside, and restrooms.
• Handle laundry services (guest laundry, linens, uniforms) as per assigned duties.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
• Ensure proper use of housekeeping equipment, chemicals, and supplies while following safety guidelines.
• Follow established cleaning schedules, checklists, and special project assignments.
• Respect guest privacy and handle belongings with care while adhering to "Do Not Disturb" policies.
• Maintain high standards of personal grooming, uniform, and professional behavior.
• Support in set-up for special events, VIP guest rooms, or deep cleaning tasks.
• Work in coordination with other departments (Front Office, Maintenance, F&B) to deliver seamless guest service.
