Housekeeper

1. Job Summary

The Housekeeping Staff will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in the assigned areas. The role ensures a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for employees, clients, and visitors.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesCleaning & Maintenance

• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors daily.
• Clean and sanitize washrooms, toilets, urinals, basins, and common areas.
• Dusting and wiping furniture, fixtures, windows, and equipment.
• Empty and dispose of garbage/waste properly.
• Maintain cleanliness in corridors, staircases, and entry/exit points.

Housekeeping Operations

• Refill and maintain stock of cleaning supplies (soap, tissue, sanitizer, etc.).
• Handle cleaning machines and equipment (vacuum, floor scrubber, etc.) safely.
• Follow daily cleaning schedules and checklists.
• Report any damages or maintenance issues to the supervisor immediately.

Health, Hygiene & Safety

• Follow safety guidelines while handling chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain high standards of personal and workplace hygiene.
• Ensure proper segregation and disposal of waste.

Support Activities

• Assist during events, meetings, and special cleaning tasks.
• Cooperate with other staff and management for smooth operations.

3. Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and materials.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Good physical stamina and punctuality.
• Understanding of hygiene and safety norms.

4. Eligibility Criteria

• Education: No specific qualification required (minimum 8th/10th preferred).
• Experience: 0–3 years in housekeeping (hospital/office/hotel preferred).
• Age: 18 to 45 years preferred.

5. Work Conditions

• Rotational shifts may be required.
• Uniform and ID card must be worn during duty hours.
• Overtime may be assigned as per requirement.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
