Job Summary:

Aertrip is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Holiday Packages Executive to join our team in Ghitorni, New Delhi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and managing customized domestic and international travel packages, with a strong command over destinations across India, Asia, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and sell personalized holiday packages for leisure and corporate clients.

• Recommend ideal hotels, activities, and itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.

• Manage hotel bookings, sightseeing tours, transfers, travel insurance, and visa support as needed.

• Liaise with DMCs, hotel partners, and vendors to ensure best rates and quality service.

• Handle customer queries professionally via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

• Stay up to date with destination trends, visa rules, and seasonal offers.

• Generate travel quotations, maintain cost sheets, and follow up for closures.

• Resolve issues related to travel plans, cancellations, or changes efficiently.

Destinations of Expertise:

India:

• Goa, Kashmir, Kerala, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand

Asia:

• UAE, Thailand, Bali, Vietnam

Europe:

• Multi-country packages, sightseeing planning, and Schengen visa awareness

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in holiday/travel package sales and hotel bookings.
• Strong knowledge of destination-specific travel planning for India, Asia, and Europe.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email drafting, and basic travel software.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Experience with online travel agencies (OTAs), tour operators, or B2B platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM or DMC systems is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
