Position Overview: We are looking for a Front Office Executive who will be the face of Kurja Resort and the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate should be polite, well-spoken, organized, and confident in handling both front desk responsibilities and guest interactions. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures smoothly. Handle all incoming calls, inquiries, and bookings—both online and walk-ins. Maintain daily reports, registers, and guest records accurately. Assist guests with any special requests, complaints, or questions during their stay. Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and management for guest needs. Ensure front desk area is clean, presentable, and well-stocked with hospitality materials. Promote resort services and facilities to enhance guest experience. Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at all times. Required Skills and Qualifications: Basic education (12th pass or graduate). Good spoken English and Hindi. Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, email handling). Previous hospitality or front office experience is a plus. Willing to work in shifts and on weekends/holidays as required.
