Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures smoothly. Handle all incoming calls, inquiries, and bookings—both online and walk-ins. Maintain daily reports, registers, and guest records accurately. Assist guests with any special requests, complaints, or questions during their stay. Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and management for guest needs. Ensure front desk area is clean, presentable, and well-stocked with hospitality materials.
