Hotel Receptionist (For Night )

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide information on check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, or in person.
• Assign rooms based on guest preferences and availability.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Manage payment processing, issue invoices and receipts, and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure room readiness.
• Maintain the front desk area in a clean and orderly fashion.
• Monitor guest arrivals and departures and maintain security and confidentiality.
• Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, transportation, and dining options.
