We had a wonderful experience at Polo towers for 3 days. Their hospitality was wonderful and the breakfast menu was awesome. Room service was always very prompt and courteous. Rooms were neat and cleaned everyday. Ms. Meda , specifically was very polite and friendly.

Hotel Polo Towers is probably the best hotel in terms of location, cleanliness, cost effectiveness and service. Dari is amazing and provided information on authentic khasi food and good locations to visit in shillong. Also, don't miss their breakfast buffet. 100% recommend this place if you're visiting! 😊 …

Nice hotel, comfortable room. Clean hotel, rooms. Housekeeping is very nice. Pobitra is a very nice housekeeping staff who kept the room absolutely clean. Location has traffic jams but that is a case across Shillong. I don’t mind visiting again

The hotel is located in the middle of Shillong which must have some of the worst traffic in India. The hotel is quite near the Police Bazaar and is just beside the fish market (no smells detected). It has an Irish Pub but this was closed …
