Had a pleasant stay in Polo Towers. We were there for 3 nights. The service was really good and Ms. Bala needs a special mention. The only negative that we could find was that the bathroom was a bit congested and the room was dark. Apart from it our stay was awesome. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Shillong.

The hotel is located at the city center and most of the places can be reached within a few minutes. The hotel staff are very friendly and co-operative. The rooms are clean. The housekeeping staff specially Mr. Subojeet is very hardworking. The food at ginger hotel was delicious

This is a four star rated hotel, rooms require refurbishing. The bathroom is too small and cramped. The facilities on the room do not match similar rated hotels. The positive is that the food is tasty and well served by the courteous staff. The staff at the reception, security etc were courteous and friendly.
