Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Hotel Manager to oversee hospitality operations within our hospital chain. This unique role blends hotel management expertise with healthcare service standards, ensuring exceptional patient and guest experiences across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Hospitality Operations Management: Lead and manage guest services, accommodation, housekeeping, food & beverage, and front office operations within hospital guest houses or patient stay facilities.Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with hospital supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of hospitality-related inventory and services.Quality & Compliance: Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and service quality in alignment with healthcare regulations.Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise hospitality staff, fostering a culture of empathy, responsiveness, and professionalism.Guest Experience: Ensure seamless and compassionate service delivery for patients, families, and visiting guests.Budget & Cost Control: Manage hospitality budgets, optimize resource utilization, and implement cost-saving initiatives.Vendor Management: Oversee contracts and relationships with external service providers (catering, laundry, transport, etc.).Reporting & Feedback: Monitor KPIs, handle guest feedback, and implement continuous improvement strategies.

Ideal Candidate

Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel or healthcare hospitality managementStrong understanding of hospital guest services and patient-centric hospitalityExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsFamiliarity with hospitality software and ERP systemsBackground in healthcare hospitality or hospital guest house operations preferred
