Is responsible for the implementation of RM methods in group properties in order to maximize the turnover in accordance with brand strategies, marketing and customer needs. Is responsible for having all the revenue management processes in place in the Group, he/she implements Management strategy on daily basis, updates planning, quotes groups and alerts, when market deviates from strategy. Identify new revenue opportunities. Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting Optimize and expand distribution partnerships. Act as overall business development consultant for the Sales Leader / Management. Embed a revenue management culture. Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the Group properties and manage day to day yield operations. Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting. Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends. Create and develop pricing strategies in conjunction with the individuality of each Property in the group. Provide weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances and budget comparisons. Manage and oversee strategy for all 3rd party distribution Responsible for assessing, analyzing and pricing group business strategies Analyze overall monthly Group and Individual property performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long term strategies. Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated and working to full capacity Oversee and audit the standards and operations of the reservations department. Ensure web site booking process is maintained up-to-date and functional. Regularly check the input and the quality of data (segmentation, denials tracking, etc.)points. Evaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates (OTA, FIT, tour operator, corporate, consortia, crew, groups, etc.). Any other reasonable requests made by management Requirements Minimum Two years Revenue Manager experience in a Group Hotel / Central Reservations / Serviced Apartments brand; Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field; Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language; Excellent overall communication skills; Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point; Strong mathematical and analytical skills; Should be able to fully comprehend the travel industry distribution landscape, this includes third party channels, GDS, CRS and PMS Able to multi-task; Training and coaching skills; Enthusiastic about training, managing and motivating a team;
