Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall hostel administration and daily operations.
• Handle hostel admissions, room allotment, and student records.
• Ensure discipline, safety, and adherence to hostel rules.
• Supervise wardens, mess, security, and housekeeping staff.
• Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and infrastructure upkeep.
• Address student/parent grievances and provide support.
• Coordinate with management and submit regular reports.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably Arts/Science/Commerce).
• Postgraduate degree or Diploma in Hostel Management / Education / Administration is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, records, email communication).
• Certification in First Aid, Child Safety, or Facility Management is an added advantage

Experience:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in hostel administration, student residential facilities, or similar roles.
• Prior experience in school/boarding hostel environment preferred.
• Experience in managing staff (wardens, caretakers, mess, security).
• Exposure to student discipline management, parent coordination, and grievance handling.
• Experience in facility supervision, safety procedures, and record maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
