Responsibilities: Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out efficiently. Keeping front desk Pleasant & Admiring. Manage room reservations, cancellations, and guest records. Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person. Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and operations teams. Process payments accurately and maintain billing records. Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally. Ensure the reception area is clean and organized. Giving Proper Answer to the Customer questions and addressing the complaints. Getting Feedback from the customers regarding their stay at the hotel. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Kuniyamuthur, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): Strong communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus) Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills Well-groomed, punctual, and professional demeanor Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Education: Diploma (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Overnight Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
