Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram. The role involves performing day-to-day tasks such as managing reservations, providing excellent customer service, handling receptionist duties, and working with food and beverages. The role requires a dedicated individual with good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills

• Experience in managing Reservations and Receptionist Duties

• Proven Customer Service skills

\n

• Knowledge of Food & Beverage management

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial
