Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the hostel, ensuring a safe and secure environment for students.
• Maintain discipline and enforce hostel rules and regulations.
• Address student grievances and provide counseling when necessary.
• Conduct regular attendance checks and maintain student records.
• Supervise housekeeping, hygiene, and cleanliness of hostel premises.
• Coordinate with administration and security teams for smooth hostel operations.
• Ensure safety measures, including fire safety and emergency response protocols.
• Assist in organizing hostel activities and events.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass / Any Graduate.
• Age Limit: 25 - 40 years.
• Experience: 1-3 years in hostel management, student affairs, or a similar role.
• Must have a bike for commuting between branches and for hostel-related tasks.
• Must have a Android Mobile.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and disciplinary skills.
• Good communication in Tamil and English.
• Ability to handle student issues with patience and problem-solving skills.
• Additional Responsibilities:
• Collect files from other branches as needed.
• Purchase hostel supplies and essential products.
• Preferred: Candidates with prior experience in an educational institute hostel will be given preference.
