Key Responsibilities: Maintain discipline and ensure safety and security of all hostel residents. Supervise housekeeping and catering services within the hostel. Monitor students' movements, attendance, and adherence to hostel rules. Maintain records related to hostel inventory, complaints, and student movement. Attend to emergencies and health-related issues of the residents and coordinate with the medical team. Act as a guardian and provide emotional support to students. Coordinate with parents, guardians, and academic staff for student welfare. Conduct regular room inspections and ensure hygienic conditions. Handle conflicts or complaints from students and resolve them promptly. Enforce curfew timings and manage late-entry permissions when necessary. Requirements: Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Prior experience as a warden or in a supervisory/administrative role preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Must be responsible, approachable, and firm. Ability to manage emergencies calmly and efficiently. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
