Ensure overall discipline and maintain a secure and safe environment for girl residents. Monitor daily activities, attendance, and movements of the residents. Handle grievances and issues raised by hostel occupants in a timely and empathetic manner. Maintain records such as attendance registers, complaint registers, visitor logs, and room allocations. Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene within the hostel premises. Enforce hostel rules and regulations and take appropriate actions for violations. Ensure timely maintenance of hostel infrastructure and report any repairs or maintenance needs. Manage check-in/check-out procedures, including allocation of rooms and inventory checks. Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities. Liaise with hospital HR/admin department regarding resident issues, new admissions, or emergency cases. Address health or emergency issues by coordinating with the hospital’s medical team. Encourage a positive and supportive living environment.
