Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month (Food & Accommodation Provided)

Preference: Male – Ex-Servicemen preferred | Female – Open to all

About the Role:
We are looking for dedicated and responsible individuals to manage and lead our hostel and student welfare. . The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, disciplined, and supportive environment for residents while supervising staff and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervision & Administration

• Manage hostel staff (housekeeping, maintenance, security)
• Oversee admissions, room allocations, and facilities management
• Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and decorum

Student Support & Welfare

• Guide and support resident students for a positive living experience
• Foster an inclusive and friendly community
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meals and food quality

Safety & Security

• Ensure overall hostel security and conduct regular inspections
