We are hiring Hostel Superintendent

Job Location: - The Neotia University, Jhinger Pole, Diamond Harbour Road, Sarisha, West Bengal 743368

Eligibility Criteria: Any Graduate

Experience: At least 10 years of experience in same field with at least 5 years in supervisory role.

Skills:

• Ability to lead and supervise multiple wardens, housekeeping, security, canteen personnel.
• Strong focus on student well-being, safety, and discipline within hostel premises with ability to document student attendance, incidents, maintenance issues, and submit timely reports.
• Skilled in handling student grievances, disputes, and emergency situations calmly and effectively.
• Clear and professional communication with students, staff, parents, and administrative departments.
• Maintains fairness and firmness while enforcing hostel rules and policies.
• Understands diverse student backgrounds and promotes an inclusive hostel environment.
• Knowledge of hostel safety protocols, fire drills, medical emergency response, and visitor control.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
