Host Relations & Onboarding Specialist – Internship

The Circle Stays is seeking a dynamic and motivated intern to assist in expanding our network of premium hosts and property owners. Responsibilities include host outreach, property onboarding, quality standard checks, and maintaining positive relationships with partners. You will serve as the first point of contact for potential hosts and guide them through our onboarding process.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential hosts and property owners to introduce The Circle Stays premium hosting experience.
• Assist in screening and selecting properties that meet our quality standards.
• Guide new hosts through listing setup and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and onboarding progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless listing integration.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Hindi proficiency a plus).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
• Passion for travel, hospitality, and premium service experiences.
