HOST - HOUSEKEEPING

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping - Guest Service Associate to join our team at Hyatt Place Bhopal. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in guest service and housekeeping.

• Provide exceptional guest service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to achieve high service quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels or restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of guest service principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
