As a key member of the sales team, your primary responsibility will be to develop and increase sales of our Hospitality products, focusing on Hotel Brands, Architects, Interior Designers, Lighting Designers, and Hotel Ownerships in the North region. Your role will involve building relationships with existing integrators and identifying and onboarding new integrators in potential regions. Your responsibilities will include creating demand for our Hospitality solutions among Hotel Brands, Specifiers, and Hotel Ownerships. You will also be tasked with growing the business of existing partners while expanding our network by bringing in new integrators. You will work closely with internal teams to support customer requirements, drive the sales cycle from lead generation to order closure, and implement marketing plans to increase brand visibility. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with an advantage given to those with an Engineering or Science background. An MBA is a plus. You should have 4-7 years of sales experience, focusing on project sales, consultative solution sales, and channel management. Proven experience in sales generation, especially in the residential segment, is highly desirable. A willingness to travel up to 50% across Pan-India and the Indian Subcontinent is required.
