Profile: Chief Operating Officer (COO) -
Age : 23+
● Hospitality or sports background with strong operational skills.
● Proven track record in leadership, financial oversight, and team management.
Duties:
● Good communication & people skills.
● Develop and implement SOPs across courts, wellness, café, and events.
● Lead hiring, training, and performance management.
● Monitor financial performance, budgets, and reporting.
● Oversee member relations and ensure premium service delivery.
● Coordinate with marketing, events, and technology teams.
Requirements:
● 2-3 years in hospitality, sports, or fitness management. Or has worked/studied in business
management.
● Strong organizational and people management skills.
● Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
● Passion for sport, wellness, and community building.
Salary matrix: 80K (negotiable)
Location: Chattarpur Nw Delhi-47
Working Days & Hours :
● Full-time : 10 AM – 7 PM (Tues - Sunday)
● One weekly leave
● Weekend work is mandatory
