Job Overview:

We are seeking a smart, well-spoken, and organized Hospitality & Client Servicing Executive (Female) to join our events team. This role involves managing RSVP lists, hospitality logistics, and delivering a smooth experience for clients and guests during events. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys people interaction, event flow management, and has a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle RSVP calls, confirmations, and guest follow-ups
• Coordinate hospitality arrangements including accommodations, travel, welcome kits, etc.
• Be the point of contact for client servicing before and during events
• Assist in creating hospitality checklists and execution plans
• Work closely with the production and planning teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Greet and manage VIPs, clients, and guests on event days
• Maintain professional communication and presentation at all times

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Polite, confident, and well-presented
• Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets (basic)
• Comfortable with flexible hours during event days
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure
• Freshers are welcome; training will be provided

Bonus (Not Mandatory):

• Previous experience in event hospitality, guest relations, or customer service
• Fluency in English and local languages
• Background in hospitality, PR, or events is a plus

Pay: ₹10,546.10 - ₹23,562.13 per month
