Hospitality Architect

As a Hospitality Architect at Neoteric Properties, you will play a crucial role in shaping landmark destinations across residential, commercial, and hospitality segments in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. With a focus on design, experience, and sustainability, you will lead design development and coordination for various hospitality projects, working closely with internal teams, consultants, and international operators to ensure brand standards are translated into buildable design solutions. Your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing architectural drawings, driving design innovation, and ensuring holistic project integration with MEP, structural, and interior teams. Additionally, you will conduct site reviews, stay updated on hospitality trends, and guide the execution team for design compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead design development and coordination for hospitality projects including hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, and leisure spaces. - Translate brand standards into buildable design solutions in collaboration with internal teams and international operators. - Prepare and review architectural drawings, GFCs, and BOQs aligned with project timelines and statutory norms. - Drive design innovation focusing on faade articulation, spatial planning, sustainability, and experiential design. - Ensure holistic project integration by liaising with MEP, structural, and interior teams. - Conduct periodic site reviews and guide the execution team for design compliance. - Stay updated on hospitality trends, materials, and technologies to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Qualifications Required: - B.Arch / M.Arch from a reputed architecture school. - 5-7 years of relevant experience in hospitality architecture or luxury project design. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite. - Strong understanding of hotel planning norms, services integration, and operator brand standards. - Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
