Hospital Pharmacist

As a Hospital Pharmacist at Apollo Pharmacy - SVP Hospital in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, your role involves the following responsibilities: - Dispensing the drugs as per prescription / Indents. - Raising the Pharmacy Requisition slips as per requirements. - Receiving the stock from Stores and checking against the Issue Slips, for quantity, batch no, expiry, etc. - Performing physical verification of stocks with computer data daily. - Conducting the stock of short-expiry medicines once a month. - Conducting the stock of non-moving medicines once in 6 months. - Building customer relationships for effective service towards total patient care. - Properly arranging credit bills and handing them over to the respective SPOC on a daily basis. - Ensuring proper arrangement of Cut strips as per policy. - Completing any other work assigned by a superior from time to time. Qualifications Required: - D.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Pharm with Gujarat State Pharmacy Council Drug License.
