Hospital Management Software Implementation Specialist

As a Hospital Management Software Implementation Specialist, your primary role will involve deploying, configuring, customizing, and supporting hospital management software solutions in clinical and administrative settings. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading or assisting in the implementation of hospital management software (HMS) at client locations. - Collaborating with hospital stakeholders to gather requirements, configure software, and ensure alignment with clinical and administrative workflows. - Providing post-implementation support such as user training, troubleshooting, and ongoing configuration adjustments. - Working with software developers and support teams to address technical issues and enhancements. - Developing and maintaining project documentation, including workflows, data mapping, configuration details, and user manuals. - Participating in testing new features, modules, and system updates. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field. - At least 2 years of experience in implementing healthcare or enterprise software solutions. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning. - An understanding of hospital workflows across various departments such as OPD, IPD, Billing, Pharmacy, and Radiology. - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
