Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management: Overseeing daily activities, patient flow, and ensuring departments work together efficiently.
Financial Management: Budgeting, managing expenses, payroll, cash flow, and ensuring profitability.
Human Resources: Hiring, training, supervising staff (doctors, nurses, support staff), and handling HR issues.
Strategic Planning: Developing business plans, implementing new programs, and integrating technology like telemedicine or AI.
Facility & Resource Management: Ensuring buildings, equipment, and supplies meet standards and needs.
Compliance & Quality: Enforcing healthcare laws, safety standards (like OSHA), and maintaining quality assurance.
Communication: Liaising with staff, governing boards, vendors, insurance companies, and community groups.

Core Goal:To ensure the health facility functions optimally, providing excellent patient care while maintaining its financial viability, effectively serving as the "health" of the institution itself, much like a doctor manages a patient's health.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,601.52 - ₹55,780.95 per month
