• Daily Operations Management:
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hospital.
• Coordinating activities across all departments.
• Ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Patient Care and Quality Improvement:
• Ensuring high-quality patient care and safety.
• Developing and implementing policies to improve patient outcomes.
• Addressing patient complaints and concerns.
• Insurance Management Insurance Coordinater – Coordinating and following up with insurance companies for Patient’s insurance claim.
• Financial Management:
• Managing the hospital's budget and financial operations.
• Monitoring expenses and revenue cycles.
• Staff Management and Human Resources:
• Recruiting, hiring, and training staff.
• Overseeing employee performance and ensuring a positive work environment.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensuring the hospital adheres to all relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintaining compliance with accreditation standards.
• Staying informed about changes in healthcare regulations.
• Facility and Resource Management:
• Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the hospital facility.
• Managing equipment and supply inventories.
• Ensuring efficient use of hospital resources.
• Communication and Stakeholder Relations:
• Communicating effectively with staff, physicians, and the board of directors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
