Job Description

You will be responsible for delivering lectures, guiding students, and preparing them for a successful career in healthcare and hospital management at IVCT Campus, Koyilandy. Your roles and responsibilities will include teaching and training students in subjects related to Hospital/Healthcare Administration, preparing lesson plans, study materials, and conducting assessments, monitoring and evaluating student performance, assisting in coordinating hospital internships and industry visits, staying updated with recent developments in the healthcare sector, supporting curriculum development and student projects, and participating in academic events and faculty meetings. Eligibility criteria include a Bachelors or International Diploma in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management, minimum 6 months to 1 year of teaching or industry experience preferred, freshers with good subject knowledge and communication skills are encouraged to apply, strong communication skills, and basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, etc.). Additional benefits include a performance-based bonus, a supportive work environment, and an opportunity for career growth. This is a full-time job with a day shift schedule and proficiency in English is preferred. Your work location will be in person.,
