Key Responsibilities for Horticulturist :
Assist in planting, propagating, pruning, irrigating, and fertilizing a wide variety of ornamental, native, and exotic plants.
Maintain display gardens, thematic exhibits, indoor plant sections, and experimental trial plots.
Monitor plant health, identify pests and diseases, and support integrated pest management strategies.
Contribute to maintaining botanical records, plant labeling, and documentation of collections.
Support seasonal garden events, workshops, and interactive educational activities at The Experium.
Collaborate with the horticulture and education teams to design sustainable and engaging visitor experiences.
Ensure adherence to safety, conservation, and sustainability practices in all horticultural operations.
Operate and maintain gardening tools, equipment, and irrigation systems.
Assist senior staff in research-based horticultural projects and new plant introduction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities As Vertical Garden Specialist
Design and construct vertical gardens, green walls, and living installations to enhance visual impact and biodiversity.
Select appropriate plant species, growing media, irrigation, lighting, and support systems tailored for vertical growth and site conditions.
Install vertical gardens safely, ensuring waterproofing, drainage, and structural integrity meet regulatory standards and aesthetic goals.
Maintain vertical gardens: perform regular plant care, pruning, fertilization, pest and disease management, and prompt troubleshooting.
Monitor system operation and recommend upgrades in irrigation and lighting to optimize plant growth and sustainability.
Document processes, specifications, and maintenance plans for each installation.
Collaborate with horticulturists, architects, engineers, and educational teams to integrate vertical gardens into experimental displays and visitor programs.
Educate staff, volunteers, and visitors about vertical gardening techniques, eco-benefits, and plant selection.
Source materials, coordinate installation schedules, and ensure all systems comply with local regulations and garden policies.
Develop creative concepts for special exhibitions, workshops, and green innovation projects
