Horticulture Lead

As a Horticulture Manager at Reliance, your role will involve managing landscape, interior, and outdoor plants, nursery, floriculture, and other horticulture maintenance as per site requirements. You will also be responsible for special occasion decoration services at all required Reliance buildings/facilities within RCITPL. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and monitor departmental structure and responsibilities to accomplish short-term and long-term goals - Establish and maintain high horticultural standards and practices, providing direction, training, and motivation for the horticultural staff - Act as a hands-on leader by actively working in the daily horticultural tasks in the exterior gardens and greenhouses - Manage and support overall plant health and soil nutrition strategies for all gardens, including sustainable gardening practices and integrated pest management - Establish and oversee a systematic plant records policy, including direction of the plant collection policy and design aesthetic in coordination with the master plan, mission, and strategies - Manage the operational department budgets, budget monitoring, strategic planning, and any horticultural capital projects as needed - Work as part of a cross-departmental team to ensure effective landscape maintenance services, water management, seasonal plants plantation, aftercare, control of ornamental plants, turf management, and garden waste disposal Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in horticulture or agriculture field - Minimum of 10-15 years of experience as a professional horticulturist Note: As a part of the Reliance team, you will be expected to have knowledge of irrigation systems and nursery propagation, as well as design principles of landscaping and gardens, and best practices of horticulture.,
