Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key hotel, restaurant, and catering clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests.
Conduct regular visits and meetings to understand client needs and ensure satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the HoReCa sector.
Promote and sell products or services the company offers to HoReCa clients.
Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market trends.
Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a coordinated approach to client management.
Provide feedback and insights to help improve company offerings and customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: Graduation
Years Of Experience- 2-4 Years
Preferred Industry- Dairy/FMCG
