Hometextile Merchandiser or Operations Manager

Role Overview: As a candidate for the position, your role will involve communicating and coordinating with Overseas buyers and agents. You will also be responsible for interacting with the Production Team to ensure timely execution of orders and maintaining the Time and Action Calendar (TNA). Additionally, you will handle end-to-end Order Management with customers and agents, prepare MIS reports, and submit them to the management on time. Collaboration with customers and the design team to introduce new product developments will also be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will be engaged in product costing and involved in developing vendors for value-added products. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate and coordinate with Overseas buyers and agents - Coordinate with the Production Team for timely order execution and TNA maintenance - Manage end-to-end Order Management with customers and agents - Prepare MIS reports and submit them to the management - Work with customers and design team on new product developments - Handle product costing - Develop vendors for value-added products Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of total work experience - Experience in a similar role is preferred Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, a flexible schedule, and performance bonuses.
