Homestay and Retail Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Homestay Duties:

• Welcome and check in guests, ensuring a smooth arrival experience.
• Provide information about local attractions, activities, and amenities. Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas.
• Assist with meal preparation and service if required.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Shop Duties:

• Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases. Maintain inventory and stock levels, ensuring shelves are appropriately stocked.
• Help manage the store layout and merchandising to enhance sales. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
• Promote shop products and services, providing an excellent shopping experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the hospitality or retail industry is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer skills for handling payments and inventory management.
• A friendly and positive attitude with a strong customer service orientation.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹25,012.27 per month
