As a Field Home Tutoring Preschool Teacher in Navi Mumbai, your role involves conducting home tutoring sessions for preschool-aged children. You will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities to enhance cognitive, social, and motor skills. Additionally, you will assess each child's learning progress, maintain a safe and engaging learning environment, and develop creative educational activities such as storytelling, games, and arts & crafts. It is important to address individual learning needs, maintain records of attendance and progress reports, and collaborate with parents to provide guidance on child development. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct home tutoring sessions for preschool-aged children. - Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities. - Assess each child's learning progress and provide feedback to parents. - Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment. - Develop creative educational activities. - Address individual learning needs and adapt teaching methods. - Maintain records of attendance, progress reports, and lesson plans. - Collaborate with parents to provide guidance on child development. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any stream (ECCEd / B.Ed / Montessori training preferred). - 1-2 years of experience in preschool teaching or home tutoring. - Knowledge of early childhood education principles. - ECCEd / B.Ed / Montessori certification preferred. - Patience, creativity, and excellent interpersonal skills. - Ability to design engaging learning activities for young children. - Good communication skills to interact with parents and children effectively. - Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
