About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Tutor, preferably a retired school teacher or a professional with prior school teaching experience, to provide academic support to students from Class 1st to 12th. The ideal candidate should be residing near our locality and have a strong foundation in teaching school-level subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct home tuition sessions for students from Class 1 to 12, tailored to their academic needs.
• Explain concepts clearly, strengthen subject understanding, and help with exam preparation.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents/guardians.
• Maintain discipline and encourage a positive learning environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Retired school teacher or experienced educator with minimum 3 years of teaching in a school.
• Capable of teaching subjects across various grades (1st to 12th).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should reside near [insert your area/locality name] for ease of travel.
• Patience and passion for teaching young learners.

Preferred Qualifications:

• B.Ed / M.Ed / Graduation / Post-Graduation in any discipline.
• Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE/State board curriculum.

Work Timing:

• Flexible hours (decided in consultation with parents and tutor availability).

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
