Job Title: Home Tutor for 3-Year-Old Child
Location: Panchkula
Job Type: Part-time (1-2 hours daily in the afternoon)
Job Purpose:

To engage a 3-year-old child in early learning activities, focusing on phonetics, basic concepts, and interactive sessions that keep her meaningfully occupied and develop her cognitive and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily sessions of 1-2 hours in the afternoon focusing on:

• Phonetics (letter sounds, blending, recognition)
• Vocabulary building through rhymes, stories, and flashcards
• Basic concepts (numbers, shapes, colours)
• Fun learning activities like drawing, craft, and sensory games

Ensure sessions are interactive, playful, and age-appropriate to maintain her interest.

Develop a weekly learning plan and track progress gently.

Encourage good communication, social manners, and curiosity-based learning.

Coordinate with parents for any suggestions or focus areas to reinforce.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience teaching or engaging with toddlers / preschool children.
• Knowledge of phonics methods (Jolly Phonics or similar) is preferred.
• Patient, energetic, and creative in teaching approach.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferably in Early Childhood Education or any stream with teaching experience).

Timings:

• 1-2 hours in the afternoon (exact timing to be discussed based on mutual convenience).
