Home Room Teachers (HRT) – all campuses

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons aligned with the school curriculum
• Teach core subjects to the assigned primary grade level.
• Foster students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.
• Act as the main point of contact between students, parents, and the school.
• Monitor and assess student progress through regular evaluations and reports.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings, planning sessions, and school events.
• Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behavior in line with school policies.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Valid teaching certification (as per local authority requirements).
• Minimum 2 years of classroom teaching experience at the preferred level.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
• Passion for working with young learners and supporting their development.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with international curricula.
• Familiarity with student-centred, inquiry-based learning approaches.
• Ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning.
• Experience working in a multicultural/international school setting.
