Job Description: As the leader of the studio at Pepperfry, you will drive business performance by achieving and exceeding key metrics such as sales, footfalls, and conversions. Your responsibilities will include ensuring operational excellence by overseeing studio administration, maintenance, audits, and visual merchandising. You will lead and manage the team by monitoring performance, providing coaching, and enhancing morale. It is crucial for you to build sales and product knowledge in the team through training and central resources. Moreover, you will plan and execute local marketing initiatives and in-store events to ensure customer satisfaction and strong partner relationships. Maintaining high integrity and process adherence in data recording, people management, and customer interactions is essential.
