Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Collection Executive based in Chennai. The Home Collection Executive will be responsible for visiting clients' homes to collect samples, ensuring accurate labeling and transportation of samples, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer service. The executive will also be required to communicate effectively with patients and relay any significant information to the laboratory team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Credit Control and Debt Collection
  • Strong Communication and Analytical Skills
  • Finance-related skills and knowledge
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in sample collection and labeling
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or medical diagnostic environment is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in healthcare-related fields is beneficial
