The ideal candidates will assist with medication, hygiene, vital monitoring, and overall health management under medical supervision.---### ✅ **Key Responsibilities*** Provide complete nursing care to home-based patients (bedridden, elderly, post-surgery, or chronic illness).* Administer prescribed medicines, injections, and IV fluids as directed.* Monitor and record patient vitals — blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.* Assist with daily living activities like feeding, bathing, mobility, and toileting.* Perform wound dressing, catheter care, tracheostomy care, and other basic nursing duties.* Maintain cleanliness and follow infection control procedures.* Communicate any changes in patient condition to the supervisor or attending doctor.* Educate and guide family members on care routines and medication.* Maintain accurate patient records and duty reports.* Provide emotional support and maintain patient comfort and dignity.---### 🎓 **Qualification & Skills Required*** ANM / GNM / B.Sc.
