As a Security Surveillance System Technician, your role involves installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining security surveillance systems, smart home devices, and automation solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Your responsibilities include: - **Installation & Configuration** - Installing and commissioning CCTV systems (IP/Analog), DVR/NVR, access control, biometric systems, and alarm systems. - Integrating home automation products like smart lighting, smart locks, curtains/blinds, HVAC control, IoT-based devices, and voice assistant integrations. - Configuring network devices (routers, switches, Wi-Fi) for seamless integration with automation and security systems. - **Maintenance & Support** - Performing preventive and corrective maintenance of CCTV and automation systems. - Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues. - Providing after-sales technical support and attending service calls. - **Project Execution** - Conducting site surveys, preparing installation layouts, and ensuring quality execution as per standards. - Coordinating with the project team for timely delivery and installation. - Maintaining accurate documentation of installations and service reports. - **Customer Handling** - Providing training to clients on system usage. - Ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt support and professional communication. - Offering technical advice and suggesting upgrades when required. **Required Skills & Qualifications** - Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field. - Proven experience in CCTV installation, networking, or home automation systems. - Strong knowledge of: - CCTV cameras (IP & Analog) - NVR/DVR configuration - Networking & IP addressing - IoT devices & automation hubs - Alarm & access control systems - Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams. - Familiarity with tools, testing equipment, and cabling standards. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and customer service abilities.,
