Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Holiday Packages Sales Executive to join our Night Shift team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in travel sales, holiday package booking, or customer support for travel services. You will handle inquiries, prepare itineraries, and close sales with clients from different time zones (especially international markets).

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails for holiday package inquiries during night shift hours.
• Recommend suitable travel packages and itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
• Prepare quotations, confirm bookings, and process payments.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of travel destinations, hotels, airlines, and visa requirements.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Provide post-booking support and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in holiday package sales, travel agency operations, or tourism customer service.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of GDS or online booking tools preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
