Locations: Gurugram, Noida, Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Holiday Sales Consultant, located in Ahmedabad. The Holiday Sales Consultant will be responsible for consulting with customers to understand their holiday needs, providing personalized holiday packages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves daily interaction with clients, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining knowledge of the latest travel trends and holiday packages. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound B2C inquiries for international travel Design and sell customized holiday packages Communicate with clients via calls, emails, and chats Provide destination insights and travel suggestions Follow up on leads and ensure timely closures Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams for seamless service Requirements: Graduate in any stream (Travel & Tourism preferred) Strong communication and sales skills Knowledge of international destinations and travel trends Experience in B2C sales or travel agency preferred Should have own system and good network setup Show more Show less
