Provide detailed information on various holiday packages, tailoring them to the customer’s preferences. Achieve sales targets by closing deals on holiday packages. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking and travel arrangements. Requirements: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or e-business roles. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport quickly with customers. Strong understanding of social media and website interaction analytics.
