Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Holiday Consultant to join our team. As a Holiday Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel advice and planning personalized holiday experiences for our clients. Your expertise will help create unforgettable vacations tailored to individual preferences, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• PREFERRED LANGUAGES: ENGLISH (FLUENCY IS REQUIRED).
• A VALID PASSPORT IS ESSENTIAL.
• CANDIDATES MUST BE WILLING AND ABLE TO RELOCATE ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD.
• NOTE: FLUENT ENGLISH IS MANDATORY.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget constraints.
• Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and accommodations to offer informed recommendations.
• Create customized holiday itineraries that cater to clients' specific needs, including transportation, accommodation, activities, and dining options.
• Collaborate with travel suppliers, negotiate prices, and secure bookings to optimize clients' travel experiences.
• Handle reservations, ticketing, and other logistical arrangements with precision and attention to detail.
• Provide clients with timely and accurate information regarding travel documentation, health requirements, and safety protocols.
• Offer excellent customer service throughout the entire holiday planning and booking process, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Stay informed about any changes or disruptions in travel plans and proactively address issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a client database, track preferences, and follow up on post-travel feedback to improve future services.
• Keep abreast of industry developments, attend training sessions, and actively seek opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Graduate or 12th Passed.
• Strong knowledge of various travel destinations, cultures, and attractions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient in travel reservation systems and relevant software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Passion for travel and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
