Role & responsibilities Quick learner with excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to comprehend and respond to customers using a native US accents and articulate solutions or issues Strong knowledge of using Microsoft Office Product Suite on a computer as paper or notes are not available Can manage ones own time for breaks, learning and processing cases Capable of Data Entry at a minimum of 32 WPM A minimum of 1 year of experience in US mortgage (Servicing/ Originations) required Displays the ability to plan and organize data sequentially Adheres to the policy and procedures of the clients and the organization Flexible to work in shift around a 24/7 work schedule.
